How project pricing works

Project Work = Adding new capability or making major changes

Examples:

Managed Services = Maintaining and supporting what you already have

Examples:

  • Fixing broken computers or network issues
  • Helping users with application problems

  • Monitoring and maintaining existing systems
  • Password resets and user support
  • Routine maintenance and optimization

Value-Based Pricing: We price projects based on value delivered, complexity, and business impact—not hours spent. This ensures you get maximum value while we work efficiently.

What’s Included in Every Project:

  • Hardware and equipment: Cost + 15%

Payment Terms:

  • Small Projects: 50% deposit, 50% upon completion
  • Medium Projects: 50% deposit, 50% upon completion
  • Large Projects: 40% deposit, 30% at midpoint, 30% upon completion

What if I need to add computers during the year?

You can add computers anytime! We’ll only charge you for the days they’re covered in that first month, and then include them in your regular monthly bill after that.

We handle requests in the order they come in, but Advanced plan customers get moved to the front of the line. Problems affecting your internet or servers are always handled before individual computer issues because they affect more people.

No limits as long as requests are reasonable! We’re here to fix technical problems with your hardware and core software. We don’t provide training on how to use specific programs or do your daily work. Custom software support is available for an additional fee. Anyone can submit a request, but we can only service computers that are on one of our plans.

We’ll do a free security check and charge a one-time setup fee equal to one month of service. This helps us make sure your transition is smooth and secure.

All base plan prices are per device. Additional services available upon request.
